Couples renew their vows for different reasons. Some couples renew their vows on their anniversary, they want to recreate their wedding, have the wedding they never had, or they may have overcome something in their marriage and want to celebrate that. The process is the same for couples who are getting married.

I will email you and your partner a wedding questionnaire. Filling out this questionnaire is one of the most important steps in the planning process. The goal of this questionnaire is to help me Get to know you both better and ensure that your ceremony is beautiful, personal and exactly how you want it.
Once the questionnaire has been completed and sent back to me we can schedule a video chat or we can all meet in person if you are local. either works for me. this is where we will discuss your questionnaire, answer any questions you both may have, I will ask any questions I may have, and we will discuss my pricing. If we are a good fit and you decide to move forward with me, I will email you a contract, you both sign it, You pay the non-refundable retainer fee, and I am locked in for your vow renewal date (your date goes in my calendar).
We start working together on creating your beautiful vow renewal ceremony, asking each other questions that may come up along the way, keeping each other updated on any changes, and any other details. We will talk on the phone, video chat, or meet for coffee if you are local 2-4 times depending on the length of time from the time you book me and your special date. If you need assistance writing your vows we can definitely work on that together. remember I am here to help create a beautiful, happy, joyous, and seamless ceremony for the both of you.
after your ceremony if you would like anything to commemorate your vow renewal ceremony, tell me what you have in mind or want and I will make it happen.
pricing
my pricing is based on What type of Ceremony you are having, length of ceremony, creating your perfect and personal ceremony script, and if you need assistance writing vows.
$300.00: travel 60 miles or less from my zip code 80927.
A 50% non-refundable retainer fee will be paid at contract signing to reserve your date. The 50% non-refundable retainer fee and signed contract must be received by me before your date is locked in and any service is performed. The remaining balance will be paid 30 days before the date of your vow renewal ceremony. If date of contract signing is 30 days or less from the date of the ceremony, full payment is due upon signing of contract.

Please keep in mind:
Any travel over 60 miles from my zip code 80927, Any toll expenses, If The ceremony is 150 miles or more away, hotel stay is required either the night before (if the ceremony starts early in the morning) or night of the ceremony (if the ceremony ends late). For Instance a vow renewal ceremony with 5 guests or less in Boulder would be $325.00 and Aspen would be $550.00.
